Hi David, thanks very much for your reply, it's nice to see a developer take such an interest in customers.

I've even replied to my own message that I left them twice, just to leave them more information on my computer, os, and the things that I've looked into and have tried.

I messaged Steam Support in the morning on Thursday the 26th and haven't heard anything yet. I want to play this game so bad, but the thing I hate the most is when I can't figure out a problem on my computer, especially with how much I've looked into this issue. The second thing I tried was removing my Avast Antivirus (for Mac) and then verifying the game content files, restarting, and once again, a no go! The third thing I tried, which I felt pretty good about, I closed Steam, went into my library, and deleted every single thing in the Steam folder except for SteamApps, then restarted my computer, opened Steam and had to sign in and verify once again with my phone and credentials, and then gave it another shot. Tried closing Steam and then deleting the appcache folder, then restarting computer, and giving it another shot. Anyway, I've pretty much tried everything.

Thank you for responding back so soon David! I am so excited to play your game, it is killing me! Such a cool concept, and from what I've seen, such a perfect mix of beautiful and creepy.
